- All items must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

For Domestic & International purchases we accept:
- Credit Cards by phone (purchases over $1,000 require copy of credit card, photo ID & signed authorization letter). If shipping to address other then the billing address, we require that address be registered as an alternate with that credit card.
- PayPal (verified members & confirmed addresses only)

- Bank Wire Transfers.
- International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
Military Discounts
The Facets Collection is proud to offer to all military service people,
their immediate family members and retired military personnel: 10% on all jewelry
5% on all engagement rings and loose diamonds
For those on active duty, reserve and their immediate family, please provide copy of military identification upon checkout.
For veterans, please provide a copy of DD214 form upon checkout.
Shipping & Handling
- We ship all items over $100.00 via Federal Express, 2nd Day Air, fully insured.
- All items under $100.00 will be shipped via Federal Express Ground.
- Priority Overnight shipping is available upon request at an additional cost.
- Items $10,000 and over must be shipped overnight by Federal Express.

We fully guarantee the authenticity of every piece. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping fees)
within 30 days of receipt.|
